Shipping and Returns


While our physical store is temporarily closed to the public, we are facilitating local curbside pickup at our Parker and Otis location (112 South Duke Street, Durham).  Pickup times are every Thursday from 12-4pm, Saturdays from 12-2pm, or by special appointment.  Orders must be placed by 10am for same-day pickup.  



We offer free local delivery (within a 5 mile radius) for any order over $50.  Deliveries are every Friday from 1-4pm.  Orders must be placed by 11pm on Thursdays for next-day delivery.  We will leave your order on your doorstep for a contact-less drop off.  If you have any special requests for your delivery, please leave us a note during checkout.

Tiny is pleased to be able to offer affordable domestic shipping in the U.S. via USPS for most items.  

Orders are processed within two business days (Tuesday through Saturday), and shipped on the next available shipping day.  We ship every Wednesday and Friday.  Most First Class packages arrive within 7 business days.  Most Priority Mail packages arrive within 3 business days.  Most Priority Mail Express packages arrive within 2 business days.  If you have any special needs regarding your shipment, please contact us.

Tiny is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail.  We are unable to ship to PO boxes.  We do not ship internationally at this time.    



We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items purchased online which are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.  Returned items must be new, unused, and in original condition for a full refund.  Refunds for website purchases returned to us will only be granted via the original method of payment.  Tiny is not responsible for return shipping.  If you have received an item as a gift, we can offer you a store credit.  To process a return for a website purchase, please contact with the item information and any needs or requests. 



Items purchased in-store may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with a store receipt or gift receipt.  We do not offer refunds for items purchased in our brick-and-mortar store.  Items exchanged must be in new, unused and original condition to receive store credit.
